This article is written in response to Telangana crisis in Andhra Pradesh India. Solution to Telangana problem requires two pronged approach.
Urban Development: Stop focussed development of a region or few regions. Instead initiative should include broad based development of whole region. Concentration of developing Hyderabad and surrounding areas stopped it should be channelled to developing regional centres like Anantapur, Cuddapah,Tirupathi, Nellore, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajamundry, and Warangal. More money and investment need to be pumped to regional centres than Hyderabad and this should be done ASAP even if it means that some of the approved projects cancelled or shifted to other regions.
Rural Development: Concentrate in improving quality of life, literacy in rural population of whole Andhra Pradesh. This can be done by better infrastructure in terms of schools, irrigation projects, decentralisation of governance, and better roads.

Mulki rules (Pre Historic) GO 610 (Aka Reservations): when you belong to one country India what role does local reservations play apart from segregating people. Show me any other country that discriminates its own citizens. (For Information Telangana is a part of country not country by it self)
I think people from Costal Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema all speak Telugu. If you say I am wrong, I should then assume that suddenly world is upside down.
Justice – I cannot understand what justice you seek, Is it systematic slavery by Zamindars under Nizam rule, is it centuries of oppresion. Joining Andhra Pradesh helped many in Telangana to prosper, not Just Zamindars.

It’s quite pitiable to see dirty politics creating so much problem. We are foremost Indians, We have a good system of Parliamentary Democracy in place and let not these dirty politicians forget that it is this democracy that allows him to raise voice for splitting the State. If these guys donot know how to solve problems in that area democratically, how the heck are they going to to run the state in a democratic way. Every body wants to be a Che Guevara but under the hood deceiving the public and filling their coffers.

Lot of developement in Telangana is focussed around Hyderabad. For example see in my previous post about SEZ in AP more than 2/3rds are in Telangana. Most of these SEZs produce jobs for people in the locality. Investment in these SEZs are by various people (national and International) These result in employment oppurtunities for local people.
I dont agree to your point that it is difficulty for Telangana person to start Industry. It is not true, no where in India such discrimination based on region happens.

I have some doubts. Please clarify.
1. When all are Indians, why Andhras agitated for separate State and got in 1953?
2. When there was a separate State of Andhra in 1953, why the Telangana region was merged with Andhra in 1956, even after the SRC recommends for separate Telangana State?
3. If linguistic principles are the basis for formation of Andhra Pradesh, are the Andhras separated from Madras State are trueTelugus?
4. If the problem arose from dirty politics, then why Telanaga people should accept the “Gentlemen’s Agreement” entered between politicians?
5. If some of Andras feel as real Indians, please communicate the release of Government funds to Telangana and Andhra from 1956 onwards?
6. Out of 400 plus years of development of Telangana, how much Andhras have contributed for its development?
7. If Andhras have developed Hyderabad, why they have not developed their backward districts like srikakulam, VZNM, etc.,
8. if andhras feel as real Indians, is may not be proper to say that they developed the Telangana/Hyderabad.
9. Every Indian generally have nativity/regions feelings and try to support. No body should cause hindrance to such support.
10. There are settlers not only from Andhra, but allover country, Why only andhras have raised this settles problem and why andhras settled here if they have very good places like Vijayawada, Vizag, Guntur, Rajahmundry? who are responsible for this?
11. Finally, if all are Telugus, why there are feelings in majority parts of community like employees, businessmen, education, etc., about Andhras, Telamganas, Rayalaseemas with region feelings? Elimination of these feelings are possible?

First responses of ramu and raju are deleted because they used foul words aimed at certain section of people.
Regarding development of Hyderabad no one said it was developed only by Andhrites. Last 60 years development here has been collective effort of Andhra Pradesh (Costal Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana). Rest of Andhra Pradesh has been conveniently forgotten by politicians for last 60 years. So it is not just Telangana that lacked development but also Rayalaseema and utthera andhra.
Telugu people have history and heritage dating even before 400 years so argument of we have been different for last 400 years does not really hold true. I believe that Telugu people have lot more in common than other Dravidian races (re your argument over dividing from Madras state) to form one big state.
As you suggested I agree with your principles regarding regionalism. We are Indians and should not be further divided based on region, cast, and creed.
Regarding my opinion about Gentleman’s agreement; I don’t approve reservations based on region.

Hello Tirupati don’t tell simply “Telangana people are cheated by Andhra people”, don’t tell blidling again and again this with out knowing properly(based on some statistics given by dirty guys), who cheated u people, u have been eleting ur leaders more than 50 years, what they r doing in that time.Actully compare how telanga,Coastal Andhra region 50 years before,Coastal andhra was well developed compare to telangana that time. That gap has been filling by the government with lot of funds moving to telangana. But the telangana was far back ward area so obvisouly taking bit time to develop. As u r telling Andhra,rayalaseema having very poor and back word areas, but they are still not recognied by the Leaders to develop. I accept your opinion to stop developing hyderabad.But already hyderabad such awell known region that people cant imagine their business without hyderabad.So I think the problem can be solved only when the people dhange their attitude that we can also success in our business in other regions apart from hyderabad.
My Simple solution is make a new article in the Indian constiunecy to allow the Person who born and elected from Telangana can only be the chief minister for United Andhrapradesh for next 45 years.
Why Iam saying 45 years is AP has formed in 1956 (from 1956 to 2010; 54 years). CM’s from Telangana region are ruled only around 9 years. So 54 – 9 = 45 years.
Try to make this happen, in future nobody from telangana says we need seperate sate. I hope people from the Seemandhra also have any issues with this.
If this happens, from next day onwards there will be a new movement in Andhara and Rayalaseema for Jai Andhra and Jai Seema…

Even World Bank will not Give Lone as nothing can be pledge except Telangana Poems. The present Telangana Saparatesr politicians know but only to achive political gains and not real development. The leader, his son his daughter, and son-in law are only for political gain. Unite we sand Devided Telangana will Fall. Rich with Povwerty,Hungry, always seeking help from Central Govt . The Saparatist movement is only to seek political gain. Resining to posts going for Bye Election seeeking Contibution Strike fund . Thats all . Geographiclly No resources to run indipendent state. Nijam That day sold distrcts to run the Nijam state. Now that is not possible to Telengana to sell any thig. as Desert is alone with the telengana. Telangana poems will pay no food.
