It is currently available for iPhone, iTouch, android, Palm Os, Blackberry, Symbian phones, Windows mobile phones. For iPhone and iTouch it is available as application. But to use with other mobile platforms like Palm OS, Blackberry, Android, Symbian, and Windows mobile devices you need to buy iSolo Document reader.
This is free application by University of Maryland medical center. According to website by University of Maryland it has around 50000 pages of information and it is available in both english and spanish. Its reviews are 2.5/5 (239 reviewers) at iTunes store.
iCME is an easy to use iPhone application by Anubhav and Dipti mittal. This application can help you keep track of CME programmes. It is a paid application and you can buy it for 3.99 $ through iTunes.

CORE – Clincal ORthopaedic exam is developed by Clinically relevant technolgies for iPhone. This application is currently available to buy on iTunes for 29.99 $ (promotional price). This application has more than 250 clinical tests used in diagnosing musculoskeletal pathologies. Tests described are well referenced and well documented in peer reviewed journals.
Epocrates essentials is available for iPhone 3Gs. This is a paid application and costs around 159 $ per one year and 169 $ for 2 years. This application is also available for Palm and Windos Mobile
Med mnemonics is an app for iPhone developed by Evan Schoenberg. It is a paid applicaion and can be bought via iTunes store. All further updates are free as per iTunes store. It contains over 1400 acronyms, rhymes and memory tricks in various specialities of medicine. This application will also let you save your own mnemonics to database and share them with your friends.
iTriage is an application for iPhone 3g I found at scienceroll website. According to iTunes store it is developed by doctors for empowering patients. Only down side of this application is it treats patients as consumers. It is free to download from iTunes website. Average rating by iPhone users is 2/5. You can access about various symptoms, signs, to make a differential diagnosis. Application also lets you access information about procedures and diseases.

I have noticed about this iPhone application from Scienceroll blog. This is first of series of various educational resources to be released by Radiopaedia.org. This first collection has about 50 CNS cases with 170 images. This resource is entirely free to download from itunes store.
