I found this great site while searching web. It is by Wellcome trust and the main aim of their work is digitising medical history.Wellcome library contains collections of books, manuscripts, archives, films and pictures on the history of medicine from the earliest times to the present day. You can find lots of digitised videos at their channel in Youtube and also at its main library website.

Following links show some of the great and historic orthopaedic videos digitised from BMA film library by Wellcome Trust. You can see  more at their youtube channel and many more at their home page. I admire their work in bringing past to present to enable a better future.
